 Mike Levenstein, Chief Operating Officer, Synpart Limited
Mike joined Synpart Limited (formerly Westone Products Limited) in 1996 as Chief Operating Officer and subsequently became a director. He has been instrumental in spearheading the FPL joint venture operation in China and in developing the US distribution channels. Mike is the key in managing the relationship with the FPL joint venture partners, and spends significant amounts of his time based in China. Prior to his involvement with Synpart, Mike organised an MBO of a Christmas decorations manufacturing business where he had been employed since 1981. Prior to this, he worked for Pentland Industries where at the time of leaving, he was Managing Director of the distribution division.
 John Rifkin, Financial Controller
John joined Synpart Limited (formerly Westone Products Limited) in 1985 and is responsible for Synpart’s finance, management accounting and administration services. In addition to maintaining financial control of Synpart Ltd, John is also responsible for the financial control of the FPL facility.
 John Taylor, Director of Sales & Marketing, Synpart Limited
John joined the team at Synpart Limited early in 2010 from Revlon UK. Prior to that John has worked in oral care for over twelve years, both in private label and branded businesses, within the UK & international markets. John brings significant experience across the full oral care category: from toothpaste, toothbrushes, dental accessories, mouthwash, as well as whitening systems.
With a BSc Degree in Marketing, John has a strong commercial background, based on over 20 years experience in Health & Beauty.
John brings a strong category based approach to the team, and leads the Sales & Product Development teams to develop new global business opportunities.
 Dennis Aston, R&D/QA Manager, Synpart Limited
Dennis was originally employed as QA Manager in 1996 to oversee Synpart Limited’s (formerly Westone Products Ltd) UK operations. During this employment Dennis has also taken on the Research and Development mantle overseeing Synpart’s global manufacturing facilities. He previously worked for 24 years in the pharmaceutical industry as a Development Scientist with Beecham Pharmaceuticals which is now Glaxo SmithKline.
 Helmut W. Schlieper, Chief Executive Director, Synpart AG
Born in Bonn, Germany and graduated in Industrial Management. Founder of Synpart AG having previously worked for 12 years initially for Schiffer GmbH as Global Marketing and Export Manager and subsequently for Coronet GmbH, also a toothbrush manufacturer, in General Manager roles. Prior to this, and before a two year spell in Marbert (cosmetics) as Export Manager, he worked in the pharmaceutical industry for Gruenenthal for 2 years and for Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH for 10 years in General Management, selling and management training roles.
 Stefan Panne, Managing Director, Synpart AG
Stefan joined Synpart AG in May 2009. As a graduate in Business Management he started his career 1996 with Seidel GmbH, a leading manufacturer of premium cosmetic packaging, by setting up and running the US sales division based in New York City as Manager- and Director Customer Relations. Stefan entered the Oral Care business in 2000 as Director Marketing & Sales Private Label at M+C Schiffer GmbH and brings extensive market knowledge and valuable experience to the Synpart team.
Gerd Bröcker, Technical Director, Synpart AG
Born in Anhausen, Germany, Gerd is a graduated Mechanic Engineer. He specialised in injection moulding and process development. Gerd joined Synpart in 2004 having previously worked for Coronet for 3 years. Prior to this Gerd worked for Schiffer for 17 years. In both companies he had technical and development responsibilities. |
